Donna has collected original, structural, wooden beams directly from a historic 1865 textile mill in Lowell, Massachusetts.
The beams are Old Growth Heart Pine that measure 15" x 12", a size that is hard to find intact.
There are 250-275 growth rings per beam!
They are remarkable pieces of history that started growing in the late 16th century from forests that barely exist now.
