See what clients are saying about Donna's work...

We have four of Donna’s easels here at The Fine Arts Museums of San
Francisco.

1. When we have tours and are discussing the beautiful treatments we are carrying out on our paintings, our visitors are often more interested in the easels! (shock!..indignation!)

2. The easels are finished so wonderfully, you can’t help petting their satin surfaces!

3. We tried every easel on the market before investing in four of Donna’s.
We now use the others for storage.

4. We had to buy a second two after fights broke out over who could use the first pair.

5. We all love our Najarian easels.

6. They are beautiful and functional furnishings for our paintings studio.

Donna Najarian makes beautifully crafted, simple, sturdy easels that are here to stay.  Her products have served me and my colleagues for many years and I will not hesitate to purchase more when the need arises.  Her name, engraved on each easel, stands as a sign of pride in her work and a guarantee of quality.

When I see fine art auction catalogues with nineteenth century easels for sale, I am reminded of her work and I am sure her easels will be around and in service for an equally long time.
— Mark Aronson, Yale Center for British Art
I have worked with Donna for nearly 30 years, and in all that time I have found no artisan to be more competent, conscientious, and inspired.
— Greg Porfido, COO, Mark Richey Woodworking
Working with Donna is an absolute joy and I find it amazing how our many conversations about function, aesthetics, and Korean food resulted in a beautiful and much loved piece of furniture.
Donna’s humor, enthusiasm, incredible skills, and great talent are all evident (and appreciated) in the terrific desk I now love using every day.

Donna Najarian is not only a superb craftsperson, she is also an excellent communicator. Our beautifully designed and built paintings easels and paintings cart (we have five Najarian’s), are the result. They are highly functional, as well as a pleasure to behold, and will be here for many generations to come.
— Rita Albertson, Chief Conservator, Worcester Art Museum
The easels are still working and beautiful after all these years.
— Teri Hensick, Painting Conservator, Harvard University Art Museums
Donna Najarian is a delight to work with. As a furniture conservator, I see pieces of the highest quality from private and historic collections worldwide. Donna’s artistry easily falls into the same caliber of the most meticulous craftsmen I’ve encountered, from both this country and abroad. Her attention to detail, from the beginning to the end of the process, is evident in every piece.
